Once we've determined that hearing aids would work for you, we'll discuss your options and make recommendations based on your specific needs.

Behind-The-Ear (BTE) hearing aids can provide the most amplification, making them the ideal choice for moderate to profound hearing loss. This style fits behind your ear and can provide more power than other smaller hearing aids.
Receiver-In-The-Ear (RITE) hearing aids are another BTE style. The receiver component fits in your ear with the amplification of the unit resting behind it. Leaving the ear canal open reduces the plugged-up sensation of ITE styles while providing amplification comparative to BTE. These devices are appropriate for individuals with mild to severe hearing loss. They are also cosmetically appealing and can be virtually invisible.
Custom In-The-Canal (ITC), In-The-Ear (ITE), and Completely-In-The-Canal (CIC) hearing aids fit inside the ear in varying sizes. ITEs are the most visible and CIC devices are virtually invisible. These hearing aids are very cosmetically appealing, but because of their size, they work best for individuals with good manual dexterity. We also work with the newest custom devices called, Invisible-In-The-Canal (IIC) that are deeply inserted into the ear canal.
