Universal Hearing Care AwardThis past month, the team from Universal Hearing Care traveled coast to coast to attend the 2017 AHAA Convention in Orlando, Florida.

The purpose for the convention was to acquire a better understanding of the issues in the industry and how to better serve patients.

From learning about optimizing patient care, improving practice efficiency and making the offices more patient-friendly, UHC returned with valuable insight to grow and improve.

During the final ceremony, the team from Universal Hearing Care received a very special award.  In the rapidly evolving hearing care industry it's difficult to 'do everything right'. But that is not the case for UHC.

Lisa Goldstein was presented with the, 'All The Right Things' award (pictured), and her speech (video below) was featured during the ceremony.

The quote below is an excerpt from the ceremony acknowledging the hardwork and dedication Lisa brings to her office, staff and patients.

"Throughout her 35-year career, Lisa has made considerable efforts to nurture relationships with patients and help them make informed decisions about their hearing requirements. A highly skilled hearing aid specialist, she understands the importance of helping improve her patients’ quality of life through the use of advanced hearing aid technology."

Vision 2020 was the overall theme for the conference. Most of the seminars and workshops were focused on looking ahead to the future. With technology and trends rapidly changing and developing, it is important to stay ahead of the curve.
