Judy has worked in the field of audiology for 19 years. During her undergraduate training, Judy worked as a medic in the Army Reserves. Upon earning her Master’s Degree in Audiology, she continued in the Army Reserves as an audiologist. In 2003 she was deployed as a “combat audiologist” and hearing conservation officer.

As a civilian, Judy has served as director of a hearing clinic supervising other audiologist and staff. She is committed to enhancing her patient’s quality of life by providing a unique blend of care, attentiveness, and expertise. Judy came on board at UHC in 2010 and has been a perfect fit!

Pamela has been working at Universal Hearing Care since 2009. She began as the front office receptionist and quickly proved to be skilled with handling hearing aids and working with the patients that wear them. She is kind and caring, and a wiz when it comes to technology.

Pamela moved into her role as an audiology assistant and was doing an exceptional job. It was there that she developed a love for the field which is evident in her dedication to her patients. Pamela has since completed her training and is now a licensed Hearing Instrument specialist.

Carrie Ruiz joined UHC in 2014 as our Front Office Specialist. Her delightful voice and friendly smile will greet you when you enter our office. Carrie comes to us with several years’ experience in customer care in the medical community.  In her free time she enjoys exercising and spending quality time with her large family.
